I'm committed, not just involved

I got my confirmation from Rambouillet at quarter after six this morning (a little after noon in Europe). This means they even honored their 48-hour rule from the weekend submission (with two hours to spare). This impresses me: I had assumed they'd mean two business days and that I'd hear from them on Tuesday at the earliest.

I paid the deposit online a few minutes later.

Now I'm going to sort out the airline tickets.

It's real, it's happening. I leave four weeks from today.
