pseydtonneIt's a beautiful day, albeit a few degrees colder here than it is in Boston. I'd rather be here -- my fiancee is here (at work until 3:45), and we'll be in Montreal before sunset.
I can't say I prefer being here, a local coffee shop and bakery that seems obsessed with walnuts. However it's a fine place to get a salad in fresh bread and remember that peppermint tea seems to upset my stomach.
I left my work laptop at the office. I dropped off the crackberry with a coworker and don't have to think about work until Tuesday. I've got my $22 notebook, which I defragged and updated its apps. I'm chillin'.
Tonight is a full moon, and it's supposed to be 30% brighter tonight thanks to Super Perigee! Perry's superpower is rare but gorgeous.
There was a kid on the Church Street Common reeling off the names of Iraqi war victims. Add to this that France struck some Libyan targets this evening (it's 8 pm in France). In the past my birthday was simply the last day of winter until 2100 and when the swallows return to Capistrano. Now it's the god of war's priapism.
