Get it out of my skull!

That is all.

Well, that would be all if I hadn't felt decent this morning and gone to work anyway. Now the mucus is filling my brain and leaking from my nose at the same time.

Can I get a light trepanning? I don't need the brain messed with. I just want a pour spout for the goo. Perhaps that's why I have a nose. Oh well.

P.S.: Having a mustache makes blowing your nose a lot easier on your face.

Neti pot, bro! It's so awful while you're doing it, but it's over quickly and it unclogs my nose.

FEEL BETTER~

Pretty much! It's kind of fun if you're into watching an ocean of snot go down the drain the first few times you use it.

I might be hawking snake oil over here for all I know, but I use one when I'm stuffed up and it does seem to help.

I've found, though, that if I am too tightly stuffed up it actually makes things worse. The trick is to gently pour and see how it feels.

I have a device that I use that is a squirt bottle rather than a pot, which I find easier to use. I have no idea what it is called off the top of my head, but I can let you know when I get home tonight....

I read the box on my way out the door this morning. (If the gods smile on me, I will have a phone by tonight.)

The NeilMed system comes with a squirt bottle and little packets of salt. They say to heat cold water, but I have had no trouble using warm tap water. YMMV.

Talk to you soon.
