Okay, then I shall. I start a new job next Monday. It means I'm back in sales, which I'm good at but I don't particularly enjoy. I'm a bor[n|ed] salesman. This pays a lot more than I had been making, even at the base level (before commissions). I can get out of poverty, which will be so nice.

Maggie was up to visit in the middle of last week. It was wonderful being in her arms and having reasons to cook.

There are more plans under development, but I shan't jinx myself by divulging. I'll only mention that I'm building a Franken-puter as an experiment. It works so far -- too bad it's running on tiny hard drives and OSes that are ancient (Win95 and Linux 0.95). Still, it's color and Internet.

There we go. A fast update. My place in the spheres is feigningly maintained.
