First Morning in Sydney (draft)
May. 31st, 2008 06:18 amI recently asked whether I should finish writing my Australia stories.
ceelove replied "I'd like more travel stories from you, but I question whether they'd be as good when not 'fresh.' I think part of the point of travel is being in the now, and it's kind of hard to write about that in retrospect."
My id thought that was a challenge. I thought it over. Now my superego is also intrigued. Then I couldn't sleep this afternoon and my first morning in Sydney played out in my head. This means I must write the stories if I'm ever going to hit the pillow again. ( Adventure! )
-I wake up, buy groceries and get to dancing next time
