I'd like to be able to say something smart right now. I'm just recovering from being over-tired by passing out.

I finally own a copy of Super Furry Animals' all-Welsh album, mwng. It's a lot of fun even if it might as well be the vocalizations of Sigur Ros for all I can parse.

I got a "you're too far away and I'm too busy" rejection on OKCupid. Right... enough being rejected by random folks. Back to being rejected by locals, I say. Better yet: not being rejected! That would be wicked keen.

...in the morning, that is. For now, me go sleepies.

By the way... nah, I'm too tired to comment. Everyone wants me to pay forward their lists of stuff. Dunno that I wanna. Y'all know I hate that "what kind of bagel am I?" crap. I need dialogue, not speeches. Since I mean that, I'll get off the soap box and go to bed.

I *heart* SFA. This kid from England turned me onto them back in the Nineties. The first song I could find was "Ysbediau Heulog" and then "The Man Don't Give a Fuck". I looked up the lyrics on the former and got enamored with the idea behind the song (a tribute to ELO) even thoough I don't even like ELO. I had assumed I'd never find a copy of mwng in the U.S. but there it was last night at a chain store. Yay!

Everything people say about Radiohead applies to SFA. The only difference is that, in the case of SFA, it's all true. I've never understood why they aren't more popular over here.
