I finally set the wallpaper on my Linux laptop with an image that suits my personality. Ahhhh.

I was not sure how to set that in Fluxbox. It turns out there is a single command that can do it anytime -- fbsetbg (for FLuxbox SET BackGround). I don't have to modify a style sheet. In fact, the command even generates a last-file-used file so that it will grab the last file used by default. I could probably script that to be randomized...

...but let's focus on getting other things working, eh?

Meep! Need to make a small adjustment to that link. Well, at least if you want it to point to the image. But I guess this way does perform some separating-the-techie-chaff-from-grain. =)

Odd that. I had pasted the link without the 'http://www', so LJ auto-prefixed the link to be an LJ section. Thus this links to your LJ (~dimers) but all I typed was: less-than a space href equals double-quote tilde dimers double-quote greater-than this links to your LJ less-than slash a greater-than.

Neat self-referential sort of feature for LJ to have. Don't think I'll get much use out of it, myself, but good to discover.
