pseydtonneToday I learned how to get Excel to sort a sheet based on two columns in certain order (right-click -> Sort -> Custom Sort...) and how to pass a specific sort order to one of those fields ("Custom List..." at the bottom of the drop-menu in the Order section of the Sort Window).
Boring? kinda. Except now I have a fast way to see which of my work tickets I need to work on and which are due next. Eventually I'll figure out how to get my company's ticket software to the double-sort for me but this is a start.
