Feb. 1st, 2005 01:33 amThis is a link for
dobrovolets,
graciana and
medievalsweetie to click on (oh, and
terrulen if he's still reading):
The Mad Trivia Party archives are being assembled. All you have to do is click on a link and boom! It's like having your childhood thrown back at you while tripping.
A sample from March 8, 1995:
Suede Condom: "What country is Uulan Baator the capital of?"
Marduk: "That's easy."
Suede: "You knew that?"
Marduk: "Yeah."
Apollo Junior (me): "Connecticut."
Later on, we hear from my stalker. Yes, I had one. College was interesting.
There is even one from February First, 1995 -- a decade ago today. Chek 'em out if you've ever wondered what I meant when I say "I was on a trivia show for three years." I'd dig it if the rest of you checked 'em out, too. My buddy Scudder worked very hard on converting the cassettes to streamable MP3 in a skinny enough format. He is a supreme sysadmin.
